wikipedia sandbox article

I'm doing a project over genealogy. I chose to follow my ancestry through my grandmother on my mother's side. So far, I have found sites like findagrave.com and ellis island as good places to start finding information. The findagrave was not so successful as of now because I cannot seem to find a grave of a family member that has been documented on the website. Ellis Island was a useful website when searching my father's side of the family because my last name "Hezlep" is not as common as my grandmother's maiden name. It has been difficult to find useful websites that don't cost money to find information on family backgrounds-if any bloggers know of some useful websites that will help me find more information on ancestry, please post a comment. Recently I found a website about my grandmother's side of the family, her family had started the city of Poole, Kentucky. If you did a search on google for the city of Poole, one would find how the city started and who started it-John and Jane Poole. John and Jane Poole are my distant grandparents, which is interesting to know that there is a website for people to learn about the small city of Poole, Kentucky. The website shows pictures of how the town looks now, and what it looked like in the past. My grandmother grew up in this city, and with social media, my grandmother can now access her hometown through the internet. As of now, I've done a video interview of my grandmother about her ancestry and what she knows about it, I've posted images of relatives and pictures of documents where people can access information on the Poole background. Currently, I am trying to find information about the Bruce ancestry-so far I know that our genealogy can be traced back to King Bruce of Scotland. I got an image of the Bruce coat of arms, and will be posting it on my blog.
